Pump Out Plug:

The Pump Out Plugs provide an economical and reliable means of temporarily plugging the tubing string.  Pump out plugs are well suited for plugging the tubing during snubbing operations or for setting of any hydraulically activated tool or Packer.

The standard Pump Out Plug features a solid Aluminum core remnant that is easily drillable. 

The expending pressure is set to shear at the desired value by removing or adding the control shear pins. Once exceeding the shear valve the Pump plugs remains full tubing bore ID.

The Ball and Seat Pump Out Plug allows for the tubing to fill when running in the well.  The seat is shear activated by the ball seating and pressure applied down the tubing. 

The expending pressure is set to shear at the desired value by removing or adding the control shear pins. Once exceeding the shear valve the Pump plugs remains full tubing bore ID. A variety of ball choices include Brass, Steel and Phenolic materials.
